Themes Architecture was recently hired by a midsize PreK through 12 School District to scrutinize construction and represent the Owner, the school district, in an important renovation and MEP project. The district had been dealing with some painful cost expansion through change orders as well as project timing issues in recent projects and didn’t want to continue down that same path.
